Dress Code

All students must adhere to the school's dress code. The dress code is as follows:

Rules for Students

  1. Respect the teachers and follow their instructions.
  2. Be punctual and attend classes regularly.
  3. Maintain discipline within the school premises.
  4. Keep the school environment clean and tidy.
  5. Participate actively in school activities and events.
  6. Do not bring any electronic gadgets without prior permission.
  7. Abstain from any form of bullying or harassment.
  8. Report any issues or problems to the school authorities immediately.

Instructions for Parents

Principal's visiting Hour:

Parents/ Guardians are requested to meet the Principal only between 10.30a.m to 11.30 a.m. with prior permission.

Instruction to Parents:

  • If a pupil is to be absent from the school, application for leave must be made and sanction obtained prior to absence.
  • Except those pupils who have permission to go home for lunch, no other pupil will be allowed to leave the school during the school hours.
  • No half-a-day's leave permission to go home during the school hours will be granted except in case of any discretion of the Principal. A emergency at the written request from the parents is necessary in such case.
  • Students abstaining from the school for more than three days have to submit an explanatory letter to the Principal written by the Parents/Guardians.
  • Leave on medical grounds should be supported by the proper medical Certificate.
  • A minimum of 90% attendance is a requirement for the promotion to the next higher classes.
  • Irregular attendance and prolonged absence will lead to removal of name from the rolls.

Examinations:

  • The school will not hold any special test or examination or practical for absentees. They have to forego their ranks and average.
  • Progress reports will be sent to the parents after every examination. These should be signed and returned within three days.
  • If the fee is not cleared hall-ticket will not be issued to the student

Transfer Certificate:

  • Application for transfer Certificate should be written by the Parent/Guardian.
  • Transfer Certificate will be given only to the parent/ Guardian.
  • Transfer certificate shall not be issued unless all outstanding dues to the school are paid.

Use of vehicles by Students:

  • The management has decided to ban the use of Motor vehicles by the students to come to the school.
  • The students who come to the school by cycles must keep them locked in the place provided.

General :

  • Pupils are responsible for the safety of their own belongings. The school cannot assume any responsibility for loss of the pupil's belongings

Instruction to pupil:

  • Wish every teacher respective of the classes they handle. Stand up at once and wish a teacher or a visitor when he/she enters or leaves the classroom.
  • Do not interfere when teachers are conversing. Be polite while speaking to teachers and elders in general. Maintain silence in the absence of teacher.
  • Read the school diary carefully and bring it to the school every day. Make a note in it anything of importance to you.
  • This is your school. Keep it clean and tidy so that you and others may be proud of it.
  • The use of bad language, unruly behaviour and bad manners are forbidden. Aim at full attendance and unfailing punctuality so that you may get the best our of the school.
  • Take part in games. Recreation serves to refresh your mind and to give you renewed energy to study.
  • Take part in all the inter-school and inter-house extracurricular activities and make the best of the opportunities provided to you.
  • Study and behave even outside the school in such a way that your teachers and parents may be proud to you.
  • Never waste time. Time is precious. Use it well. Do your lessons daily. Do not leave anything until the time of examinations.
  • Make friends with studious companions. They will help you work and will be a good examples.
  • Work hard and do your best in studies. Your parents and the nation are expecting a lot from you
